This is a studio project, not a third-party client. The studio designed it the way it would for any service business, and it is shown here on those terms.
The problem
A one-SUV luxury transfer business needs a public price and a reservation flow before it has a dispatch office. Customers want to know what the trip costs before they call, and the owner needs every request to arrive in a form that can be checked and confirmed.
The constraint
- One vehicle. A 2024 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate. The site cannot promise more than one car can do.
- The owner confirms every trip. A booking is a request until the owner says yes.
- No surge. The price shown is the price, whatever the day.
- Service area. The Sacramento region, Bay Area airports, Tahoe, and wine country.

What we designed
- Instant transfer or hourly quote. A trip between two addresses shows a flat price right away. Hourly and multi-stop trips go to a quote request the owner answers.
- Airport rates. Published flat rates to Sacramento and the Bay Area airports, so the price is known before the call.
- Extras. An extra stop, a child seat, meet and greet, and similar add-ons, each priced up front.
- Written policies. Cancellation, waiting, and what is included, in plain sentences a customer can read before booking.
- Manage reservation. A customer can find a booking again without calling.
- Mobile call and book bar. On a phone, two buttons stay in reach: call, or book.

Status
The concept and the booking interface exist. Payments, the TCP permit, and live dispatch are not public. A working demo will be posted when it is ready.
